- Enter your unit and topic. Both are required. Be specific about the topic. “Calculating IV infusion rates” gives a sharper worksheet than “medication calculations”.
- Say how students will use it. Choose in-class or tutorial practice, pre-class preparation, homework or independent study, revision before a test or exam, or a lab, clinical skills or practical session. This changes the kinds of questions and how much support they give.
- Set the level, discipline, length and difficulty. Short is about 15 minutes with two sections, Standard about 30 minutes with four, and Long about 60 minutes with six. Mixed difficulty builds from recall to application, Foundational checks core knowledge, and Challenging asks for application, analysis and judgement.
- Pick your section types (optional). Tick the kinds of section you want, or leave them all unticked and let the tool choose a good mix. If you tick more types than the length allows, the worksheet grows to fit them. Choose whether to show students a word bank for fill-in-the-blanks (on by default) and whether to show marks on the worksheet (off by default).
- Add your own material (optional). Under more options you can paste source material, such as lecture notes or a reading, so the questions follow what you actually taught. You can also add your learning outcomes, notes about your students and anything else the worksheet should know.
- Create the worksheet. Choose “Create worksheet”. Short worksheets are written in one go. Longer ones open as soon as the first sections are ready and keep writing the rest while you watch. You’re charged once, only when the whole worksheet is finished. If something goes wrong partway, you aren’t charged, and “Finish worksheet” picks up where it stopped.
- Check it in both views. Student view shows exactly what students will see. Teacher view adds the answers, worked solutions, the reason behind each true or false answer, the correct order and matches, and teacher notes.
- Edit, replace or add. “Edit” lets you change any heading, instruction, question or answer by hand, for free. To have a section rewritten, or to add a new one (up to eight in total), choose “Replace one section, or add one”, pick the type and a focus, and the price shows on the button.
- Download it. Word gives you the student worksheet. Word + answer key puts the key after a page break. Print / PDF and Print / PDF + key open print-ready pages. Copy text copies the student version as plain text, ready to paste into your LMS.
- Build on it. From a finished worksheet you can generate 10 MCQs that check the same content, make a mind map to go with it, or turn it into a Hybrid AI activity. Each is priced on its own button. Every worksheet is saved to “My Worksheets” and to “Everything You’ve Generated” on your User Hub.
Every action’s credit cost is shown on its own button before you commit to it. Nothing is charged silently.
