- Enter the unit and what students should learn. Both are required. One clear sentence works best, such as “the difference between leadership styles and when each works best”.
- Set the level and discipline. These shape the content of the cards and prompts and how demanding the activities are.
- Choose how students work and the kind of activity. Pick individuals, pairs, small groups, whole class or a mix. Then choose one kind of activity, such as a card sort, jigsaw or butcher’s paper, or leave it on “a good mix” and let the creator choose.
- Set the time, class size and setting. Choose how many activities (1 to 5) and the total time you have for all of them. Enter your class size and whether you’re in a classroom or online. Tick “Low preparation” if you only have paper, pens, sticky notes and a projector. The line under the form sums up your choices, and the price on the button follows the number of activities.
- Add your content (optional). Under more options, add learning outcomes, paste lecture notes or a reading summary for the cards and answers to draw on, and describe the cohort and the room.
- Create the activities. The set is planned first, then each activity is written while you watch. You’re charged once, only when everything is finished. If something interrupts it, “Finish writing” carries on at no extra cost.
- Read it five ways. The run sheet shows the whole session in order. Facilitator gives each activity’s materials, preparation, timed steps, answers, debrief questions and variations. Student instructions are ready to project. Cards and sheets lays out everything to print and cut. The step timer counts down each step on screen, with a one-minute warning and a chime.
- Replace or edit. Replace any activity with a different one, with an optional note such as “something that gets them moving” (the price is on the button), or choose Edit and change anything yourself, free.
- Download it. Get the full pack, the student instructions or just the cards and sheets as Word, or print or save them as a PDF.
- Build on it. From a finished set you can generate multiple choice questions to check the learning, or a follow-up worksheet for homework. You can also create activities straight from a lesson plan or a case study you’ve already made. Every set is saved to “My Activities” and to “Everything You’ve Generated” on your User Hub.
Every action’s credit cost is shown on its own button before you commit to it. Nothing is charged silently.
