- Describe the scenario you need. Provide the unit/topic, the level, learning outcomes the case should reinforce, cohort notes, and any additional context (a real-world angle, a specific complication you want built in, an industry or clinical setting). This tool is freestanding — you don’t need an existing lesson plan to use it.
- Generate. You’ll get a realistic scenario, 3-5 discussion questions that increase in difficulty (so you can use the same case for a quick warm-up discussion or a full seminar), and teaching notes to guide the discussion.
- Regenerate if needed. If the scenario doesn’t land the way you want, regenerate it — note that this replaces the current content and title permanently, so make sure you’re ready to let go of the current version first.
- Reuse it. If you generated this case study as a spin-off from a Lesson Plan or Assessment via their own “+ Generate a related Case Study” option, it’ll show a “Generated from” note linking back to where it came from.
- Find it in your archive. Every case study is saved to “Everything You’ve Generated,” grouped with your other case studies.
