Desktop Simulator

Put students in the room where decisions get made.

Describe a situation, such as a patient deteriorating overnight, a flood hitting a regional town or a product recall breaking on social media, and this tool turns it into a tabletop exercise that unfolds in timed stages.

Teams take roles, each with a brief, goals and information only they know. At each stage they get an update and realistic handouts (observation charts, emails, memos, news reports), discuss what’s happening and decide what to do next.

You get a facilitator guide with what a good team does and why, what to watch for, prompts for a team that’s stuck and a curveball for a team that’s ahead, plus a structured debrief that turns decisions into learning.

Run it with the on-screen stage timer, rewrite any stage, edit anything, and print the stage cards and role cards.

From a finished simulation you can go straight to multiple choice questions, slides that teach the principles first, or a follow-up worksheet.
