These Generative AI Terms & Conditions (“AI Terms”) govern the use of the artificial intelligence (“AI”) features available through Our platform. These terms form an integral part of Our Terms of Service (“Agreement”). Terms not defined herein have the meaning assigned in the Agreement.

1. Acceptance of AI Terms

By using the AI features (“AI Feature”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these AI Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation or company, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such organization or company to these AI Terms.

You also acknowledge that your use of the AI Feature is subject to the OpenAI Terms of Service available at OpenAI Terms. Use of the AI Feature may be restricted in certain jurisdictions as outlined in OpenAI Supported Countries.

2. License

We grant You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the AI Feature. This license is conditional on compliance with applicable laws and these AI Terms.

3. Content

The AI Feature processes input data (“Input”) to generate output insights (“Output”). Collectively, Input and Output are referred to as “Content.”

  • You retain ownership of the Input and are granted rights to the Output, subject to applicable laws and the OpenAI Terms.
  • Content may be used for lawful purposes, including commercial use and publication, at your own risk. If published, it is recommended to disclose that the Output was generated by AI tools.
  • Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, Output may not be unique and may be similar or identical to that generated for other users.

4. Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the Generative AI Output. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning and AI, use of this site may result in incorrect Output that does not accurately reflect the submitted prompt or data-input Form. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy of the Output prior to its acceptance or use and should not rely solely on the Output for critical decisions. You retain full control over how any Output is applied or used.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the AI Feature to:

(a) Mislead others into believing that AI-generated Content is human-generated; (b) Create Content that promotes hate, harassment, violence, or illegal activities, or that exploits or harms individuals, including children; (c) Generate Content for high-risk activities such as financial advice, medical advice, political campaigning, or adult industries; (d) Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; (e) Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover the underlying code or components of the AI Feature; (f) Develop competing AI models using the AI Feature; or (g) Extract data from the AI Feature through unauthorized methods such as scraping or harvesting.

6. Third-Party Providers

The AI Feature is powered by third-party providers, currently using technology from OpenAI LLC (“OpenAI”). Input data may be shared with OpenAI for model training and improvement, unless explicitly opted out. For more information, see OpenAI Data Usage.

Do not input sensitive or confidential information into the AI Feature. The Company disclaims liability for the use or security of such Input.

The AI Feature is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company and its providers disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, availability, and suitability of the Output. The Company’s liability for any claims related to the AI Feature is limited to the lesser of $100 or the amount paid for the AI Feature.

7. Feedback

Feedback on the AI Feature can be sent to Us using the site contact form. By submitting Feedback, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use the Feedback for improving services. Feedback is provided “as is,” without warranties.
