These AI Token Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase, receipt, or use of credits redeemable for generative AI services (“Tokens”) provided by Jempitona Pty Ltd t/a Educational Engine (“Company”). By purchasing or using Tokens, you agree to these Terms.
1. Types of AI Tokens
- Prepaid Tokens: Purchased in advance to use specific services. These represent prepaid amounts for future use.
- Membership Tokens: Issued as part of a recurring membership subscription (typically monthly or annually).
- Promotional (or “Promo”) Tokens: Provided free as part of promotions and cannot be purchased.
2. Usage and Limitations
- Tokens are not legal tender, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or fiat currency. They are non-transferable and can only be used for the designated services.
- All Token sales are final and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash or credit.
- Prepaid Tokens expire one year from the purchase or issuance date, unless otherwise specified.
- Membership Tokens expire after one month and do not roll-over to the next month, unless otherwise specified.
- Promotional Tokens expire after one month, unless otherwise specified.
3. Balance Management
- You are responsible for verifying your Token balance in your account. Token balances do not function as bank accounts or digital wallets.
- Any attempt to transfer, sell, or misuse Tokens violates these Terms and may result in cancellation of credits and account suspension.
4. Changes and Modifications
The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on its website or notifying you by email. Changes take effect upon posting or as specified in the notice. Continued use of Tokens indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
